2. Contact and quotation requests
The form processes your name, email address, telephone number, optional address, subject, preferred timing, message and up to three optional project photographs. These details are used to assess the enquiry, contact you and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation.
An enquiry is sent only after you give consent. You can also contact the business directly by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
3. Technical processing and recipients
Hostinger provides the web hosting and processes the form on the server. An accepted enquiry is delivered by email to info@klusbedrijf-hoogesteger.nl. Neither the website nor Sanity CMS stores a copy of the enquiry or attachments.
For spam prevention, the server keeps only a hashed technical identifier derived from the IP address and submission timestamps. This data is limited automatically to a fifteen-minute window.
Sanity is used only for public website content. GitHub contains the source code and automated build process, not quotation enquiries.
4. Retention
The website does not store form content. A standalone enquiry that does not result in work is removed from the active mailbox administration no later than six months after the last contact, unless the data must be retained for a dispute or legal obligation.
If an enquiry results in work, project, invoice and accounting records are retained for as long as the law requires. Dutch tax records are generally retained for seven years.
5. External services
Vimeo videos load only after you choose to start them. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Werkspot open external services, whose own privacy terms then also apply.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact info@klusbedrijf-hoogesteger.nl.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
